Description:
A lead renovation technician will maintain regular duties of a renovation technician – working/assisting in demolition and reconstruction of bathrooms, kitchens, and various home remodeling projects. This role will encompass the management of the renovation technicians within the company. You will assist in training and recruitment, and on-going training and troubleshooting while techs are in the field. You will assist with inventory control in shop, on job sites, and in fleet vehicles. You will handle customer concerns with follow-up, tech communications and remedies to ensure further issues with workmanship or professionalism do not continue. You will complete documentation of tech performances and give it to the office manager.
Your duties will include:
- Loading/Unload vehicle at shop and assigned worksites.
- Requires ability to lift to 50 pounds, and on occasion using flights of stairs.
- Painting, drywalling, installation of floor and wall coverings, carpentry – framing, trim and
moldings. - Responsible for safe handling and proper maintenance of all refinishing equipment, including the
use of a ventilation system and personal protective equipment. - Provide excellent customer service. Meet with customers prior to job to discuss goals, and after
job to ensure satisfaction and obtain signatures and payment as required. - Communicate with renovation techs each morning to discuss

You will assist in training during recruitment, and on-going training and troubleshooting while techs are in the field. You will assist with inventory control on shop floor, and in fleet vehicles. You will handle customer quality concerns with a follow-up, tech communications and remedies to assure further issues with workmanship or professionalism do not continue. You will complete documentation of tech performances and give it to office manager.

General laborer gets a taste of everything. You will provide support with various tasks in repairs and refinishing and renovation jobs. Success in this role will be demonstrated by your ability to complete tasks in a timely manner while minimizing work hazards. Your duties will depend on the job you are assigned to. This can include:
- Handling/Transporting materials
- Assisting in demolition
- Cleaning up of shop and worksites.
- Garbage collection
- Preparation of bathtubs/cabinets.
- Preparation and cleaning of spray guns.
- Mixing mortar, cutting wood, assisting in renovation.
