Social Distancing & Staying Healthy

I hope that you and your family are healthy and coping well during this unique circumstance, and all of the changes that we have been faced with over the past few months.

Myself and my staff have been doing our part in social distancing, staying healthy and keeping business alive. We have implemented new policies internally, on top of the government procedures and restrictions, to help ensure that we are doing our part to stay healthy and keeping others healthy as well.

Within these changes, we are looking to the future for a healthy, strong recovery for our community and local business. I have noticed many positive posts on social media with regards to supporting our local restaurants, and a variety of other businesses. This is where we fit in Home Renovations.

Armoured Touch is a locally owned business which currently is staffing 5 full time employees – no one has been laid off. We also support other small, locally owned businesses such as our cabinet making company Polwood Cabinets who supplies us with great quality, locally made kitchens and vanities. Our electrical company that we subcontract for our electrical needs Intech Electric, our granite fabricators Natural Stone City, Waterloo Stone Works, and Cowie Custom Granite, custom glass from Mr Professional, flooring from Nealy’s Flooring, our fixture suppliers Desco, and Evon Bathrooms and Kitchens and administration support from ABC Bookkeeping, not to mention lumber and trim supplier store Cambridge Crown and Trim, and the people who do deliveries of the products for us and the companies in which we support.

The point is, there are a lot of families that are supported locally through Armoured Touch.

We sincerely appreciate supporting our business community that in turns supports our local family community. We appreciate our customers and remind you that buying local is not just restaurants.
